A: I am sorry you are waiting for your order. If you picked Royal Mail, I can not track the parcel, please allow 14 working days for delivery. But if you picked DPD, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will track your order.
Q: Can I have a refund?
A: I only refund orders that have arrived damaged. Please email email@example.com and I assist you further.
